General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) apply to all services provided by ABK
Consultant (“Consultant”, “we”, “us”) to its clients (“Client”, “you”), including but not
limited to Salesforce Training, Sales Training, and 1-to-1 Leadership Mentorship.
1.2 By booking or purchasing any service from ABK Consultant, you agree to be bound by
these GTC.

2. Services
2.1 ABK Consultant provides consulting and training services in the areas of Salesforce, Sales
Advancement, and Leadership Development.
2.2 The scope, content, and duration of each service will be agreed upon individually in
writing (e.g., via email, proposal, or contract).
2.3 We reserve the right to adapt or modify service content to ensure the best learning
outcome for participants.

 

3. Bookings and Confirmations
3.1 A booking becomes binding once the Client receives written confirmation from ABK
Consultant (e.g., via email).
3.2 All services are subject to availability.

 

4. Fees and Payment Terms
4.1 All prices are stated in Euro (€), exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Salesforce Training and Sales Training: 50% of the total fee is due upon booking
confirmation, and the remaining 50% is due upon completion of the service.
4.3 1-to-1 Leadership Mentorship: Payment is due in full before each session.
4.4 Packages for 1-to-1 Sessions: Payment is due upfront at the time of booking.
4.5 Payments must be made via bank transfer or other agreed payment methods.

 

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Salesforce and Sales Training:
 A full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days before the
scheduled start date.
 Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.
5.2 1-to-1 Leadership Mentorship (Single Sessions):

 Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session start time are eligible for a
full refund or rescheduling.
 Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.
5.3 1-to-1 Mentorship Packages:
 Clients may cancel within 14 days of booking and are eligible for a full refund if no
session has been delivered.
5.4 In case of illness or unforeseen circumstances, ABK Consultant reserves the right to
reschedule sessions with prior notice.

 

6. Client Responsibilities
6.1 Clients are responsible for ensuring timely participation in scheduled sessions and for
providing any required information or access necessary for the Consultant to deliver services
effectively.
6.2 ABK Consultant is not liable for delays or performance issues caused by incomplete or
inaccurate information provided by the Client.

 

7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All materials, templates, frameworks, and resources provided during the engagement
remain the intellectual property of ABK Consultant.
7.2 Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for their
internal purposes only.
7.3 Any reproduction, distribution, or sharing of materials without written consent is strictly
prohibited.

 

8. Confidentiality
8.1 Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information shared
during the engagement.
8.2 This obligation remains in force even after the termination of the contractual relationship.

 

9. Liability
9.1 ABK Consultant will perform all services with due professional care and skill.
9.2 ABK’s liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
9.3 In no event shall ABK Consultant be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or
consequential damages.

 

10. Data Protection (GDPR)
10.1 ABK Consultant complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
10.2 Personal data will only be collected, processed, and stored as necessary to deliver
services.
10.3 Clients may request access, correction, or deletion of their data by contacting us at
info@abkconsultant.com.

 

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
11.1 These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by German law."
12. Severability
If any provision of these GTC is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall
remain in full force and effect.
